All Two Trees hammocks and accessories are built to the highest quality level and undergo rigorous testing. However should there be an issue with one of our products we do provide a product guarantee on all our Two Trees products.

All Two Trees products come with the guarantee that our products are of acceptable quality (including that they are fit for purpose) and will honour guarantees where applicable. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have any concerns in regards to your Two Trees Hammock.
